Makes Isaac's bombs deal contact damage and leave behind a fire that damages enemies and remains there for 10 seconds.

The fire can block 4 shots and/or deal 4 ticks of contact damage before disappearing.

The fire cannot hurt Isaac.

Bombs deal 16 contact damage to enemies. The fire deals 23 damage at full durability, then 17.25, and finally 2x11.5.
