When Isaac's bombs explode, spawns 4 holy lasers in the diagonal directions if there are no enemies near the bomb, and spawns a temporary holy aura.

The lasers deal 13 damage per tick and can hit enemies up to 9 times, totaling to a maximum of 117 damage.

The holy aura gives a ×1.5 fire rate multiplier, ×1.25 damage multiplier, homing tears, and explosion immunity while standing inside it.
