Every other time Isaac fires a tear, he will spawn a spore tear in a random location away from him.

The spore tears are homing and spectral tears that deal 1.25× Isaac's damage.

Enemies that get close to Isaac have a chance to be poisoned for 1 second.

Every 30 seconds, Isaac will be paralyzed for 2 seconds, preventing him from moving or shooting.

Additional copies of Spore Sac increase the number of spore tears Isaac spawns.
