Grants Isaac a luck based chance to shoot a holy flame while shooting a tear.

The flame deals 3× Isaac's damage, and lasts for a maximum of 4 seconds.

The flame has an aura that gives the following buffs when standing in it:
• ×2 fire rate multiplier.
• ×1.25 damage multiplier.
• Homing tears.

The chance to shoot a flame starts at 4% at 0 luck, and increases up to 20% at 20 luck: 1 / (25 - LuckStat).

The chance to shoot a flame is halved when standing in a holy flame's aura.

Isaac will also spawn a holy flame in the opposite of his movement direction when farting.
Costs 2 Heart Containers when found in a Devil Deal, or 30¢ in an Angel Shop.
