While heldItem pedestals will appear faded - touching a pedestal will consume it and fully charge the item.

Does not affect items with the quest tag or rotten pedestals spawned by Blighted Dice.

Consumes the selected passive item (currently selected one if playing as Tarnished Isaac) and fully charges the item.

Cannot remove items with the quest tag.

Consuming an item spawns 2 × ConsumedItemQuality Blue Flies.
