When Isaac leaves the room he used Black Mushroom in, the trip intensifies and the following effects occur:
• +2 Soul Hearts.
• -2 Red Heart Containers.
• Fully restores all red heart containers.
• A Mama Mega! explosion occurs in the current room.
• Restarts the current floor, akin to Forget Me Now.
This item contributes towards the Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.
