Can be used up to 10 times for free per floor. Further uses will deal self-damage to Isaac, prioritizing his red health.

When used via self-damage, will always deal half a heart of damage, even in Chapter 4 and further.

When used via self-damage, will shoot an arcing blood tear towards the nearest enemy instead of a fingernail, which deals 15 + DamageStat × 4.5 damage. Additionally, shoots out 3-6 more arcing blood tears in random directions that deal 4.2 damage.
Costs 10¢ when found in a Shop.
