Some enemies are excluded: Fly, Attack Fly, Ring of Flies, Dart Fly, Portal, Ultra Coin, and Peashy Nail.

On useAll corpses shoot a tear at their nearest enemy.

Tears can be of 3 different types:
• Red: deals Isaac's amount of damage.
• Bone: deals Isaac's amount of damage and shatters into multiple bones upon impact.
• Tooth: deals 3x Isaac's damage.
