When used, Isaac opens his mouth and absorbs all nearby enemies and projectiles for a few seconds - as long as there are valid targets to absorb.

When finished, Isaac can either choose to shoot a projectile by pressing a fire button, or to heal 1 full Red Heart container by using the active item button again.

The projectile deals from 1x to 6x Isaac's damage depending on the amount of things absorbed.

The projectile bursts into 4-8 smaller tears upon impact that deal 2.5x Isaac's damage. The number of tears also depends on the amount of things absorbed.

Bosses cannot be absorbed, although a large projectile will be absorbed from them, contributing to the damage output.
