Causes item pedestals spawned in Boss Rooms and Treasure Rooms to grow feet and attempt to run away from Isaac.

Catching the pedestal will spawn a random trinket in addition to the item it carries.

Leaving the room while the pedestal is running will turn it into a normal pedestal that does not grant a trinket.

Does not affect The Polaroid, The Negative, and Dad's Note.
