Spawns an orbital familiar that deals 1 contact damage per tick and applies a bleed effect to enemies.

When applying the bleed effect, the mirror gets bloody as well.

The mirror can deflect projectiles back at enemies, dealing their original damage, or 10x if the mirror is bloody. This removes the blood from the mirror.

Bleeding makes enemies take damage at a rate that scales with their movement speed. The faster an enemy is moving, the faster it will take damage. These enemies will also leave behind red creep that damages other enemies for 2 ticks per second at a rapid rate.

Enemies that are standing still don't receive the extra damage.

The amount of bleed damage dealt per tick is equal to 2.8 + 0.3 × CurrentFloor.

Can be acquired by defeating Narcissus or Narcissus II.
