Whenever any Red Heart pickup is collected, has a chance to spawn an equivalent amount of Soul Hearts.

The chance starts at 15% at 0 luck, and increases up to a maximum chance of 33% at 36 luck. Negative luck does not decrease the chance for the effect to occur.

Blended Heart pickups will only spawn a Soul Heart if the collected Blended Heart restores Isaac's red hearts.
