Bosses and mini-bosses have 10% more HP, and spawn more HP on death.

Only affects bosses and mini-bosses inside a Boss/Mini-boss Room. This is indicated by the boss getting a visual and sound effect upon spawning.

When a boss dies, they have a 33% chance to spawn an additional random heart pickup. If this chance fails, a separate roll is made for one of the following:
• 50% → Heart.
• 25% → Heart (half).
• 10% → Scared Heart.
• 10% → Heart (double).
• 5% → Rotten Heart.

Does not affect the following bosses:
• The Beast.
• Blue Baby (???).
• Delirium.
• Dogma.
• Great Gideon.
• Hush.
• The Lamb.
• Mega Satan.
• Mother.
• Ultra Greed.
