Causes Isaac to throw an axe at the nearest enemy once every 5 seconds, that pierces the enemy, continues in a straight line, and boomerang back to Isaac's direction, going off-screen.

The axe deals 1.5x Isaac's damage per tick, but is limited between 2 and 20.

Even though the axe appears to be on fire, it does not set enemies on fire.

The axe has a set range that is not dependent on Isaac's stats, and might not always manage to hit an enemy.

The axe travels 1.43 times faster when boomeranging back.
