On pickupSpawns a Credit Card.

While heldAllows Shop items to be purchased without having the money required to afford them.

This will put Isaac in a debt that is displayed next to the amount of coins on the HUD.

The bigger the debt, the bigger the impact on Isaac's damage which is lowered using the formula: 1 - (1 - debt%) + 0.1 × debt%.

The debt cannot exceed 99¢.
