While heldAdds a 20% chance to replace any rock with a Tinted Rock inside a room that does not have one, with a maximum of 4 replacements per floor.

Randomizes the appearance of all Tinted Rocks, using sprites from alternate floors of the current chapter.

Grants a Broken Heart container upon entering a new floor.

Adds additional rewards when destroying Tinted Rocks, alongside their original contents:
• +6 damage that lasts for about 1 minute and 15 seconds, and decays at a rate of -0.1 per ~1 second. The damage boost will stack if multiple Tinted Rocks are destroyed.
• 50% chance to remove a Broken Heart.
• Half a red heart.
• Will shoot out a 4 bloody projectiles upwards that deal 2x Isaac's damage to enemies.

Does not affect Super Special Rocks.
