Adds a special health bar that can only be filled by overhealing, and is visible when approaching a Red Heart pickup, or by expanding the map.

The size of the health bar matches the number of heart containers Isaac has, but is limited to a minimum of 3.

The health bar can only be filled with Red Hearts, and filling it entirely will grant a regular heart container, emptying and expanding the additional health bar in the process.

If Isaac loses a regular heart container, the additional health bar will not lose one.

Blended Hearts cannot be used to fill the bar, unless Isaac cannot pick up any more Soul Hearts.

Yum Heart can also be used to overheal.
Unlock: Defeat ??? as Fiend.
