Grants a luck-based chance to shoot tears that inflict enemies with the Drowsy effect, slowing them down over the course of 2 seconds, before making them fall asleep for 6 seconds.

Enemies that are asleep cannot move or shoot, and will take double damage on the next hit, making them wake up immediately.

The chance to fire drowsy tears starts at 20% with 0 luck, going up to 33% with 10 luck, using the formula (0, 1) × 25 <= 5 + min(LuckStat, 10) / 3.
