When an enemy dies, it has a chance to activate a random reroll item effect from the following:

D8 (10)
D10 (10)
D12 (10)
Eternal D10 (5)
Eternal D12 (3)
Dusty D10 (5)

If there is an item pedestal in the room, the following are added:
The D6 (15)
Eternal D6 (10)
Spindown Dice (10)
Loaded D6 (10)

If there is a trinket in the room, the following is added:
Azurite Spindown (20)

If there are any pickups in the room (including items and trinkets), the following are added:
D1 (8)
D20 (8)

The items use a weight-based system to determine how rare they are. The higher the weight (shown in parentheses in the above list), the more often an the item will get chosen. The exact % chance can be calculated as ItemWeight / TotalWeight.

A separate chance of 0.01% exists to select either D4 or D100 (50/50 chance). This will also reroll Isaac'D's Eulogy itself.

The chance to trigger a reroll effect scales with luck, starting at 10% with 0 luck, going up to 100% with 36 luck, but also down to 1% with -4 luck.

Each unsuccessful roll increases the chance by 2.5%. This is reset back to 0 on success.
