Enemies gain a chance to spawn a lingering poison gas cloud upon death that rapidly deals 5 contact damage per tick, and poisons enemies.

The chance for a cloud to spawn scales with Isaac's luck (capped at 7 luck), and the enemies' max health points.

Changes the appearance of Isaac's bombs and makes them spawn a gas cloud upon exploding.

Gas clouds disappear after 10 seconds.
Unlock: Complete the Frog Mode challenge.
