Creates a red marker that follows behind Isaac with a delay of 0.73 seconds.

Placing a bomb will immediately cause an explosion where Isaac is standing, and will teleport him to the marker at the same time.

Isaac can take damage if the marker is too close to him.

If Isaac teleports on top of an enemy, they will take 20 flat damage. If this damage is enough to kill the enemy, Isaac won't take contact damage.

The item's effects will not occur if Isaac is standing still. A normal bomb will be placed instead.
