Spawns a friendly Blood Bony. It throws bones at enemies much like regular Bonies. Blood Bonies deal 0.8x Isaac's damage.

Blood Bonies can take up to 10 hits, and cannot be damaged in cleared rooms.

The amount of Blood Bonies that can be active is equal to the number of the current floor.

This item contributes towards the Kindred transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make every 13th killed enemy drops a vanishing half red heart.
