Allows Isaac to deflect projectiles or enemies and negates the damage by pressing a shooting button in an instant.

Deflecting a projectile will make it fly to the enemy in the front, and deal damage to it.

Deflecting an enemy will knockback it and deal damage to it.

Deflect has 3 levels: Perfect deflect, deflect and block. The quicker Isaac deflects, the higher the level is. Perfect deflects deal 6x Isaac's damage. Deflects deal 3x Isaac's damage. Blocks does not deal damage nor deflects projectiles.
