Upon death, revives Isaac as Hourai.

The character who Hourai was swapped out with will be "corrupted". Picking this character in the select menu will result in starting the game as Hourai.

The character will decorrupt after killing the dichromatic butterfly in the starting room and touching the doll.

If held by Hourai or Tainted Hourai, the character will turn into its tainted or untainted version and the item disappears.
