The chance scales with luck, using the formula: 1 / (9 - LuckStat), starting at 11.11% with 0 luck, going up to 100% at 8 luck.

This item contributes towards the Musician transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac +1 flat fire rate, make him shoot piercing and spectral sonic tears with wider size.

This item contributes towards the Stoney transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac immunity to crush damages such as Mom's feet and rock waves.
