Spawns the following rewards based on how many hearts, Soul Hearts and Bone Hearts Isaac has:
• 0: Poop Nugget.
• 0.5: Penny.
• 1: Key.
• 1.5: Bomb.
• 2: Grab Bag.
• 2.5: A random card.
• 3-4: A random trinket.
• 4.5-5.5: An Eternal Heart.
• 6-11.5: A random item from the current room's item pool.
• 12: 2 random items from the current room's item pool.
• 12+: 4 random items from the current room's item pool.

A Rotten Heart counts as a full heart. A Bone Heart counts as a half heart.

This will then kill Isaac and revive him with half a heart, retaining all of his heart containers.
