Description
Cannot have Soul Hearts, Black Hearts, or Bone Hearts. They will be converted into friendly Bonies, or be used to upgrade summoned friendly Bonies.

• Soul heart → Soul Bony
• Black heart → Devil Bony
• Bone heart → Big Bony, which can take up to 16 + CurrentFloor × 4 hits.

Soul bonies and devil bonies can take up to 4 + CurrentFloor hits. Upgrading to LV2 doubles their hp and LV3 triples their hp.

Bonies converted from hearts will transform back into a heart upon death that vanishes after 3 seconds.

Leaves a trail of red creep.

Soul bony (Soul heart)

LV1

Can fly. Throws bones which deal 1x Isaac's damage.

LV2

Has 50% chance to shoot a blue flame upon throwing a bone.

LV3

100% chance to shoot blue flames.

Devil bony (Black heart)

LV1

Throws bones which deal 5 + DamageStat damage.

LV2

The bones home in on enemies and deal 5 + DamageStat × 2 damage instead.

LV3

The bones spawns Brimstone balls upon contact.
