Causes Isaac's bombs to zap yellow electrical bolts up to 5 nearby enemies when they explode, each dealing Isaac's amount of damage.

If a Key or a Key Ring caught in a bomb explosion, they will turn into a Charged Key(s).

Getting caught in a bomb explosion will recharge Isaac's active item. Only one item can be recharged at a time.

The number of charges depends on the bomb's damage:
• Less than 100 damage: recharges 1 bar.
• Less than 175 damage: recharges 3 bars.
• Over 175 damage: recharges 6 bars.
Unlock: Defeat Ultra Greedier as Nadab.
