Spawns an egg familiar that follows Isaac. It cracks and turns into a random friendly enemy when Isaac is hurt.

Regenerates upon entering a different room.

Clearing more rooms without the egg cracking will results in more useful friendly enemies spawned. The most useful enemies are spawned after clearing more than 13 rooms without taking damage.
Unlock: Spawn 3 charmed (friendly) enemies in the same room.
