Spawns a familiar that follows closely behind Isaac and blocks projectiles.

After blocking 10 projectiles per floor, the glass breaks, spilling milk on the floor and granting Isaac +1 fire rate for the rest of the floor.

The familiar reappears on the next floor.

The puddle of milk is purely cosmetic.
