When Isaac starts shooting, a controllable crosshair will appear on the floor that Isaac will automatically and continuously shoot at.

The crosshair can be shot at from any direction, rather than the traditional 4-way cardinal direction shooting.

Pressing the drop button will make the crosshair disappear and stop Isaac from shooting until a firing key is pressed again.

Familiars will also shoot towards the crosshair. Throwable familiars will launch themselves towards it automatically.
