Spawns a familiar that follows behind Isaac. When Isaac is about to take damage, the familiar farts and pushes away nearby enemies and projectiles. Enemies that collide with obstacles/walls, or other enemies, will take damage.

The fart will protect Isaac from the damage he's about to take, serving as a shield.

After farting, the familiar goes on cooldown until Isaac walks up to him, or enters a new room.

The familiar cannot prevent damage from environmental hazards.
