Upon entering a new room, Isaac becomes camouflaged which causes all non-boss enemies to be confused and walk around randomly. The effect lasts until Isaac shoots.

While camouflaged, Isaac gains +0.5 speed.

Dropping the camouflage deals 15 damage to enemies in a short radius, and briefly grants Isaac +7.5 fire rate and +10.5 damage.

Using an active item or placing a bomb does not cancel the effect.
