Causes enemies, enemy projectiles, tears and pickups to briefly freeze in place at random intervals. The frequency of the effect scales with Isaac's luck.

Frozen enemy shots will disappear.

Has a 25% chance to double room clear rewards. Cannot double chests, pills or cards. However, it can duplicate chests spawned by Options?.

Can be used to create a glitched TMTRAINER item under very specific circumstances. This can happen by using Magneto to immediately open a chest that was duplicated by Options? and contained an item.
