Spawns a familiar that orbits Isaac, deals contact damage and fires shielded tears that destroy enemy projectiles.

The shielded tears home in on projectiles, but not enemies. They deal 3 damage if they hit an enemy.

The familiar deals 1 contact damage per tick (3.75 per second).

The familiar will instantly kill specific fly enemies upon contact.
This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
