• 20% - random heart ( Half Soul Heart, Half Heart, Scared Heart).
• 65% - random pill.
• 5% - final payout.

Final payout
• +35% chance for a Devil Deal.
• Random item from the Curse Room item pool.

When destroyed
• +35% chance for an Angel Room.
• Spawns 1-4 random hearts.
