Adds a luck-based chance to fire pink tears.

If a pink tear kills a non-boss enemy, it explodes, shooting projectiles in 8 directions and dropping random pickups, similar to Rainbow Champions.

Possible pickups:
• Coin.
• Heart.
• Bomb.
• Key.
• Pill.
• Card/Rune.
• Trinket.

The pickups can be of any variety.

If an enemy can transform into another enemy upon death, turns it into a rainbow champion.

The chance to fire a pink tear starts at 3.33% with 0 luck, going up to 25% with 15 luck.
This item contributes towards the Spun transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac +2 damage, +0.15 speed and spawn a random pill.
