Every 10 seconds, creates hexagonal portals in hostile rooms that spawn 1-2 Blue Flies, Locusts, or Blue Spiders.

A portal is also spawned upon picking up the item and upon entering a hostile room.

The portal has a 25% chance to summon a random friendly enemy that mimics Isaac's movements and attacks, akin to Friend Finder.

Can summon up to 5 friendly enemies at a time.
