Isaac's tears become white and have a luck-based chance to wax enemies for 3 seconds.

Waxed enemies petrify and burn. When waxed enemies die, they leave behind a fire.

The fire deals 23 damage per tick at full size, then 17.25, then 2x11.5, and can hit enemies up to 4 times, for a maximum of 63.25 damage.

The fire can also destroy enemy projectiles, which decreases its size each time, ultimately destroying the flame.

The fire will disappear automatically after 10 seconds.

The chance for tears to wax enemies starts at 20% with 0 luck, going up to 50% with 20 luck.
