Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and launches forward while shooting.

The familiar's flight speed at launch is very low.

If it hits an obstacle or a wall, it will return to Isaac and can be launched again.

If it hits an enemy, it deals 3.5 damage to the enemy and explodes. The explosion deals 100 damage, burns all enemies in its blast radius, and leaves a fire. The explosion benefits from Isaac's bomb modifiers.

The explosion can hurt Isaac, dealing a full heart of damage.

The fire disappears after 10 seconds, 4 ticks of damage or 4 enemy projectile hits.

Upon exploding, the familiar re-appears after a few seconds or when entering a new room.
