On use grants +2.0 speed; immunity to enemy tears, red poops, acid creeps, spikes, explosion and fire; slows down ( Stop Watch) the room.

Running into enemies at a speed higher than 0.85 will deal 25 damage to them and prevent Isaac from taking contact damage.

Can be reused to deactivate the item, it will speed up ( Broken Watch) the room for 3 seconds, after which the game speed will return to normal.

The charge gradually depletes with each second the item is used.

The item cannot be recharged by Batteries.

Fully recharges when entering a new floor.
