Has a 50% chance of spawning when the

Donation Machine is jammed or exploded while not playing as

Reimu.

Using items like The D6 / Eternal D6 / D100 / Void / Black Rune has no effect on the Donation Box and will cause it to disappear, spawning Yin-Yang Greed.

Yin-Yang Greeds have 50 × 2 ^ (CurrentFloor - 1) HP, shoot spell bullets at Isaac, which deal a full heart of damage, and take away 3¢.

When used by any character other than Reimu On use Donates 1¢ to the

Donation Machine.

Donations have a 2% chance of granting +1 luck.

While held Explosion damage causes Isaac to drop 6-14 pennies. These pennies, plus an additional 1 penny, are deducted from the total amount of donations.

When playing as Reimu On use Deposits 1¢ into the Donation Box.

Donations have a 6% chance of granting +1 luck.

After clearing a Boss Room, changes to choosing one of the following 3 upgrades:
• +40% damage multiplier.
• +1 maximum Coin Heart container and +5 Luck.
• +1.00 maximum Firepower (cannot be chosen if maximum Firepower reaches 10.00).

While held Taking non-self damage causes Donation Box to lose 10¢ of deposits.

If the deposit is sufficient to lose 10¢, converts the non-self damage into Self-sacrifice damage. Otherwise, for every 1¢ lost from the deposit, Firepower loss is reduced by 0.10.

Every 3 upgrades, searches for an item corresponding to the character Reimu Hakurei:
• If

Reimu does not hold Yin-Yang Orb, spawns Yin-Yang Orb.
• If

Reimu holds Yin-Yang Orb but does not hold Bloodthirsty Orb, grants Bloodthirsty Orb.
• If

Reimu holds Yin-Yang Orb and Bloodthirsty Orb but does not hold Yin-Yang Kishin Orb and has more than 0 Luck, grants Yin-Yang Kishin Orb.
• If

Reimu holds Yin-Yang Orb and Bloodthirsty Orb but does not hold Fantasy Talisman and has 0 or less Luck, grants Fantasy Talisman.
