The computer mouse can be used to control entities and obstacles. Press the drop button to switch control modes.

Entities/Placement Mode:
• Left mouse button - Select entity
• Middle mouse button - Place selected entity
• Right mouse button - Place obstacle from inventory (use mouse wheel to switch obstacle type)

Obstacles/Removal Mode:
• Left mouse button - Select obstacle
• Middle mouse button - Place selected obstacle
• Right mouse button - Remove obstacle

Selectable entities include but are not limited to: monsters, Isaac, familiars, tears, pickups, items, bombs about to explode, effects, etc.

The following obstacles cannot be selected or removed:
• Marked Skulls
• The button placed in the center of the main double-height arena room in Greed Mode
• The trapdoor that leads to the next floor

Certain obstacles, after being selected, can be placed on top of other obstacles to synthesize into more advanced ones. The crafting recipes are as follows:
• Normal Rock + Normal Rock → Alt (Urn/Mushroom/Skull/Polyp/Bucket)
• Normal Rock + Alt → Fool's Gold Rock
• Alt + Alt → Tinted Rock
• Tinted Rock + Tinted Rock → Super Special Rock
• Normal Poop + Normal Poop → Charming Poop
• Normal Poop + Charming Poop → White Poop
• Charming Poop + Charming Poop → Rainbow Poop
• Rainbow Poop + Rainbow Poop → Golden Poop

Obstacles removed with the right mouse button will be converted into rocks or poop based on their type and stored in the inventory.
• Normal Rock/Bomb Rock/Spiked Rock: +1 rock
• Alt: +2 rock
• Fool's Gold Rock: +3 rock
• Tinted Rock: +4 rock
• Super Special Rock: +8 rock
• Metal Block/Key Block: +4 rock
• Pillar: +8 rock
• Normal Poop/Corny Poop: +1 poop
• Red Poop/Black Poop: +2 poop
• White Poop: +3 poop
• Golden Poop: +8 poop
• Rainbow Poop: +4 poop
• Charming Poop: +2 poop
• Giant Poop: +12 poop
• Other obstacles: none
Costs 2 Heart Containers when found in a Devil Deal, or 30¢ in an Angel Shop.
