Causes an air conditioner to spawn on a random wall in every room.

The air conditioner will blow air in one direction, pushing away enemies standing in the stream.

It can only push enemies with a mass of less than 100. It cannot push bombs and projectiles.

If Isaac is standing in the stream, he gets the effects of either Uranus or Fire Mind based on the stream's color.

The AC is active for 5 seconds before switching off for 2-4 seconds. It randomly chooses between hot and cold air when switching on again.

The cold air stream will convert certain flaming enemies into their normal variants:
• Flaming Gaper → Gaper
• Flaming Hopper → Hopper
• Grilled Clotty → Clotty
• Coal Spider → Rock Spider
• Grilled Gyro → Gyro

Enemy conversion happens in the entire room instantaneously. They don't have to be standing in the stream.
