Big rooms as having cleared 2 regular rooms.

The following items are blacklisted and cannot be spawned by Active Sack:
• Clear Rune
• Clicker
• Placebo
• Bob's Rotten Head
• Black Hole
• Gello
• Blank Card
• Glowing Hourglass
• Friendly Ball
• Flip
• Esau Jr.
• D infinity

Additionally, it cannot spawn items with any of these tags:
• angel
• baby
• bob
• guppy
• fly
• spider
• devil
• mushroom
• poop
• mom
• syringe
• book

It also cannot spawn items that have a special charge type, have 0 charges, or have more than 8 max charges.

It can only spawn items from the following item pools:

Treasure Room Greed Treasure Room
Secret Room Greed Secret Room
Shop Shop
Curse Room Greed Curse Room
Angel Room Greed Angel Room
Devil Room Greed Devil Room
