How to obtain Can be obtained by dropping a Holy Card in the first floor's starting room as Tainted Lost, and then defeating the boss. The Holy Card will be converted into the item.

Becomes Tainted Lost's pocket active item when picked up.

Can only be used as Tainted Lost. Attempting to pick it up as any other character will use Soul of the Lost and kill them.

This is an Epiphany unlock challenge item - picking it up will disable achievements for the rest of the run, and display the Epiphany door icon on the HUD.

While heldKilling the floor's boss teleports Tainted Lost to an additional boss fight that contains a random boss from the next chapter - this fight will also grant an item.

Attempts to spawn a Bedroom on every floor.

Entering a Bedroom while holding 6 Mantle Shards will make a beam of light appear in it, that when entered, teleports to a special variant of the Home floor.

The floor will not contain any rooms past the living room, which will have a ladder that, when touched, will lead to a room containing Tarnished Lost. Touching the character will unlock it and end the run.

On useConverts a random item pedestal in the room into a Mantle Shard.
