Causes a portal to spawn in every Super Secret Room that teleports Isaac to a special Shop.

The Shop contains a variety of items from the Dimensional Key item pool that can be purchased using keys, and usually some various pickups and beggars.

Items inside the Shop normally cost 5 keys, with the following exceptions:
• Items with a quality of 3 or more cost 10 keys.
• Active items with a quality of 1 or less cost 3 keys.
• Skeleton Key costs 50 keys.
• R Key costs 99 keys.

Leaving the Shop takes Isaac back to the Super Secret Room and removes the portal.
Unlock: Defeat Delirium as Tarnished Cain.
