Spawns a box at a random position in every uncleared room.

Whenever an enemy touches the box, they become chained by Anima Sola chains for 8 seconds.

The box respawns after 10 seconds.

It's possible for multiple enemies to be chained at once if their hitbox is small enough.

If Isaac touches the box, he will also become chained, however the chains won't expire automatically - Isaac must free himself by moving around.

While Isaac is chained, his stats are gradually increased until reaching a certain value, equal to the effects of using Savage Chains.

The box disappears upon room clear.
