• Rarely drops Child's Heart.
• Explodes, giving one of the final payouts.

Final payout
One of the following:
• Blood Bag
• IV Bag

Multiple Blood Bags can appear per run, but only 1 IV Bag can spawn.

When destroyed
• Several coins or hearts.
