Throws a purple coin on the ground that spins and moves around in random directions, shattering after a few seconds.

The coin will reroll any pickups, enemies, and Isaac's tears that it comes into contact with.

The direction the coin is thrown in is slightly influenced by Isaac's movement direction.

Enemies are rerolled into enemies that have a similar amount of HP, rather than being downgraded like the D10.

Isaac's tears cannot be rerolled more than once.

Bosses and enemy projectiles cannot be rerolled.
